DETERMINATION OF QUALIFICATIONS
DQ shall be assessed by C/M and his/her Counselors of Affairs and Finance. The Counselor of Affairs during the interview process will have the primary objective of determining if the personal goals and objectives of the client are in line with The Organization’s goals and objectives. A report shall be presented within the time provided by the C/M during the interview. The Counselor of Finance during the interview process will have the primary objective of determining if the SIT Community can afford to take in the prospective SITP, taking into consideration the needs of the prospective SITP and the cost effectiveness of approval and the current budget. A report shall be presented within the time provided by the C/M during the interview.
The C/M shall review the two reports above, creating a new file for this prospective SITP, and make his/her DQ. Once the C/M makes a DQ, it is presented to the Level Two BD for consideration and the final approval is presented to the Judiciary Committee for a unanimous vote of approval or disapproval. Lack of unanimity is the same as a No vote. Any appeal of the Judiciary decision is submitted to the Level One BD.
