MARKETING PLAN
All contributions will be divided by the WC value to acquire an hourly value. (Note: WCs will not equate in hourly value from one place to another.)
PRIMARY SOLICITATIONS: SPONSORSHIP
Sponsor will discuss business needs with C/M who in turn will appropriate the hours to the appropriate groups. Each group assigned hours will discuss ways of turning this experience/these converted hours into a small business or a means of becoming SIT, including the acquisition of a new client toward the building of each SITP’s small business/career goals. SITPs discuss daily before each WCB workday begins their new goals, ideas, etc. with GS. These meetings are required, but do not count toward WCA or WCB. The SITPs will continue to work their WCAs and WCBs until they no longer need to reside at their SIT Community residence, but one year of training others to be SIT (as a resident SITP) will be required to retain the continued benefits that come with the SIT Program. Also to retain the continued benefits that come with the SIT Program, SITPs are required to help one other SITP per month become SIT for no less than a period of one year. If either of these requirements is not met, the benefits shall be terminated.
If Sponsor decides to hire an SITP full time, and the SITP wishes to stay at an SIT facility, he/she must agree to have all his/her checks payable to “World Citizens SIT Ministries LLC” agreeing to the following disbursement of funds received by The Organization:
This SITP will no longer be required to earn WCB, but all members of his or her household will be required to earn both WCA and WCB per individual.
• 40% of SITP’s income shall equal 20 WCA to pay for the onsite services (costs of living) provided and which is usually worked off 20 hours per week.
• 10% of SITP’s income shall support Level One.
• 10% of SITP’s income shall support Level Two.
• 40% of SITP’s income shall be held in trust toward a down payment on a house or the first month and last month deposit on a house or apartment to rent, a recreational activity of SITP’s choice to reward SITP for his/her achievements, and a personal savings account into which SITP will be required to contribute this 40% of his/her income for a minimum of one year.
We hope that the SITP will feel most uncomfortable with the above set up, and, if so, it is fortunately time for the SITP to be SIT offsite and thus to begin meeting the goals and fulfilling the objectives of The Organization. This “discomfort zone” should be ideal to The Organization and all agencies that support The Organization in meeting The Organization’s goals and objectives; however, families are encouraged to stay onsite until every child living onsite with them has graduated from the SIT Programs so that each individual of the family will be able to function on his or her own or so that the family/tribal unit can function offsite in a well rounded and balanced manner. While all non-graduates of SIT Programs in the family remain in the same household of the working resident, they will each be obligated to meet the goals and objectives of The Organization as individuals required to work both WCA and WCB. The Organization seeks to have all members of the family/tribal unit to become SIT offsite before terminating residency on the SIT Community.
SECONDARY SOLICITATIONS: GRANTS, SPONSORSHIPS, AND FUNDRAISING EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES
Strategy
STRATEGY: DELEGATION
Groups will have the responsibility of working WCBs appropriated by C/Ms. C/Ms will have the responsibility of finding Sponsors and participating businesses. The President will have the responsibility of writing contracts and signing them after Legislative Review at Level Two, then Judicial Review at Level Two, then Legislative Review at Level One, and then finally Judicial Review at Level One, respectively.
STRATEGY: PUBLIC RELATIONS
The Level One BD will assign each member to a speaking engagement as ambassadors of World Citizens SIT Ministries LLC. The Director of Affairs will be responsible for the public relations opportunities being promulgated to the Level One BD.
As SITPs become SIT, they shall be recognized at special public celebrations, in monthly newsletters, with certifications signed by the President, participant’s C/M, and GS, and with special rewards and benefits as well as any and all diplomas and certificates earned offsite. The Director of Affairs shall be responsible in all matters regarding media that need to be apprised of our performance, results, and contributions to society.
Sponsors need to see how contributions are being used, affecting their businesses, and the community as a whole. Businesses need to know that those who have been outcasts have actually been their best but most wasted past human resources. Performance will be measured by what Sponsors say. Results will be measured by how many SITPs become SIT. Our goal for each Area is to have 75% of the Area become offsite; 20% retained onsite as vendors and independent SIT Contractors; and 5% retained on a permanent basis as the result of their special needs.
Jobs within the county that are performed by illegal immigrants will be performed just as well by our able bodied among SITPs so that The Oppressed can be housed and the unemployed can become employed, and so that our economy no longer suffers by hiring citizens who are too arrogant, too educated, and too lazy to engage in manual labor when they are capable. The formerly Oppressed who become SIT will pass the word along.
The Organization will go to County Tax Assessors Offices and pay off the taxes on abandoned homes. We shall have The Oppressed work on these houses and acquire the skills necessary to maintain them under the supervision of contractors until they can maintain the homes by themselves to the extent of learning the requirements of local Code Enforcement. Once an SITP earns enough WCs in excess of required WCB, The Organization will transfer the title of the house in that SITP’s name and require that SITP continue the upkeep, pay the property taxes on a timely basis, pay what remains left of the mortgage, and remain law-abiding. Otherwise, the title will be revoked and transferred back to The Organization. Granted, there will be many SITPs working on a single house, but the first SITP to work enough WCBs to own it should become the owner, but prior to ownership, one year of training others to become SIT, of course, will be a requisite, a total of one SITP becoming SIT offsite per month for one year.
