LEVEL ONE BD


BMs at Level One shall consist of the presiding officer, The President (no vote), His/her assistant, The Vice President (one vote only), and his/her officers of Finance and Affairs (one vote each only). The C/Ms of each SIT Community (one vote each only). The BD can create a new SIT Community if approved by 75% of its BMs. BD requires 90% approval for legislation to pass among them. On other matters that do not involve the creation of a new SIT Community or legislation, only 51% approval is required to pass among them. Even in matters with options where Item 1 gets 20% of the votes; Item 2 gets 30%; and Item 3 gets 50%: because 50% is not more than 50%, all of the Items lose with nothing for the presiding officer to review, approve, or veto unlike a vote of 19:20:51 where Item 3 passes for presidential review, approval, or veto.


The BD over The Organization will oversee the overall affairs of the ministries at all three levels as a governing body; make the rules, regulations, and laws for each SIT community at all three levels; organize the World Citizens SIT Ministries at all three levels; set up the various levels of SIT community governments at Levels 1 and 2 as needed; and report to The President and Level One Judiciary Committee, all respective government agencies, taxpayers, and Sponsors.

LEVEL TWO BD


Level Two BD reports to The President, C/M, Level One BD, and Level Two Judiciary Committee. BMs at Level Two shall consist of elected group supervisors of each SIT Group (one vote each only), his/her assistant (one vote only), his/her officers of finance and affairs (one vote each only), the C/M (no vote), except at Level One BD meetings.


LEVEL THREE BD (THE ADVISORY BOARD)

Level Three BD consists of The Advisory Board and shall consist of the GS (no vote), his/her assistant (one vote only), his/her officers of finance and affairs (one vote each only), and the Advisory Board (one vote each only). The Advisory Board reports to The President, Level Two BD, Level Three Judiciary, and The Advisory Board’s respective group supervisor. The Advisory Board consists of six groups per Community, each group represented as follows:

• A parent, legal guardian, or coach representing children from ages zero to seven
• A youth from the ages of eight to 11 with as little assistance as possible from a parent, legal guardian, or coach representing the youth
• An adolescent of the ages of 12 to 17 representing the adolescents
• An adult of the ages 18 to 89
• A senior age 90 or older
• A Group Supervisor for the residents with Special Needs
