CLIENTELE
Our targeted clientele are The Oppressed. They shall initially consist of United States citizens of all ages, all genders , all locations , income level below the minimum cost of living as assessed by Level One BD, and people of the following social class and occupation (herein defined as The Oppressed):
1. Involuntarily Homeless
1.1. Actively seeking shelter
1.2. Actively seeking to re-enter society as a member of the self-sustaining class.
Homeless not due to fraud, violent behavior, Terrorism as defined in the Glossary which begins on page 131, and any other unpardonable acts mentioned herein.
1.3. Homeless due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Involuntarily Impoverished due to
2.1. Involuntary Unemployment or Underemployment
2.2. Unforeseen yet Unavoidable Financial Difficulties
2.3. Involuntary overwhelming imposed responsibilities
3. People with certified, documented Special Needs that do not depend on nursing staff of any type and who are not an obvious threat to the SIT community:
3.1. Physically disabled
3.2. Psychological and/or mental impairments
3.3. Social needs
3.4. Personal needs
4. All Educational Levels
5. All Gender Preferences and Lifestyles
6. All political and religious persuasions
