EXPENSES
POWER SOURCE
Each SIT Community will pay for their own utility expenses, but as part of the program solar or other ecological generators will be encouraged for power sources.
TELECOMMUNICATION
As the SIT Community grows, it will also seek to furnish its own telephone company with unlimited local and long distance service to SIT Management. This expense will cover cell phone uses and Internet connection as well as landlines. Until that happens, each SIT Community will be responsible for their own telephone expenses.
WATER
Each SIT Community will be required to pay for its own water resources whether by pumping water from a well, having water delivered, or legally accessing public water lines.
EDUCATION
Each SITP will fund his/her own educational resources through the WCs earned, scholarships, grants, and other contributions in excess of the MDR WCA.
GARDENING
Each SIT Community housing section shall have a garden and grow produce and vegetable that are not grown in other housing sections or workshops for specialty, non-produce items (cabinet making, art, etc.). Each housing section with gardens will take 40% of their harvest to the storehouse where it will be canned, distributed, or sold as revenue half for The Community and the rest to The Organization. For those living in apartment complexes owned and operated by the SIT Program, a section of a lot or workshop will be assigned to each household for this purpose. Of the 40% mentioned above the revenue will be distributed as follows:
• 40% to pay WCA
• 10% will go to Level One
• 10% will go to Level Two
• 20% to tax, licenses, permits, etc.
• 10% to a trust fund for the community that the 40% came from.
The 60% will be used for the community to sustain themselves, thus reducing the cost of grocery expenses.
