SALARIES
 
Salaries of Administrators shall consist of a maximum of only 12% of the net income of The Organization.
 
LEVEL ONE
 
The salary of the President on which he/she will have to sustain him/herself with from this project is only 5% of the net of The Organization and a cap at 100k plus housing, meals, and travel compensation after necessary Level Two wages, Level Two salaries, and all expenses are paid. The salary of the Vice President on which he/she will have to sustain him/herself with from this project is only 3% of the net of The Organization and a cap at 90k plus housing, meals, and travel compensation after necessary Level Two wages, Level Two salaries, and all expenses are paid. The salary of the Directors of Finance and Affairs on which they will have to sustain themselves with from this project is only 2% of the net of The Organization and a cap at 60k each plus housing, meals, and travel compensation after necessary Level Two wages, Level Two salaries, and all expenses are paid.
 
LEVEL TWO
 
The salary of C/Ms will be 5% of the net of his/her SIT community and a cap at 15k plus housing, meals, and travel compensation after The Organization is tithed and necessary Level Three wages and Level Three salaries of their SIT Community Residents and all expenses are paid. WC value is based on MDR so that the economy changes from hourly wage or annual salary to value of work habits.
 
LEVEL THREE
 
The salary of GS will be 3% of the net of his/her group and a cap of 12k plus housing, meals, and travel compensation.
 
ALL OTHER SITPS
 
The salary of SITPs will be one work credit per one complete work hour plus business related compensation. The minimum of 20 WCAs per week shall cover housing, meals, materials and supplies for the SIT Program, and transportation expenses. All additional work credits shall be converted to currency according to the costs of living in the surrounding economies at the time that SITP becomes SIT. Funding for post SIT Program housing such as down payments on a house or a rental unit shall come from WCBs.
