A maximum of 19 judges shall be appointed by vote from only the BD, who represent an SIT community, and they shall be people of utmost integrity and trustworthiness, without guile, and who represent fairness and flexibility (justice and mercy) in all matters.
Each judge shall have a term of no more than one year as Overall Judge and must have been an SIT community judge for the period of a minimum of one month prior to qualifying for the position as Overall Judge.
They will be responsible to all voting members of The Organization and in reviewing legislation that has been appealed for review at their respective levels or that they deem as unacceptable at their respective levels. Their decisions must expose the faults of the legislation that was voted on. Their recommendations must represent the judicial review as a corpus. There is no minority vote among the judges. There must be 100% agreement among the judges to repeal legislation.
Level One Judiciary Committee reports to the President and Level One BD. Level Two Judiciary Committee reports to The President, C/M, Level One BD, Level Two BD, and Level One Judiciary Committee. Level Three Judiciary Committee reports to The President, C/M, GS, Level One BD, Level Two BD and The Advisory Board, Level One Judiciary Committee, and Level Two Judiciary Committee.
