PRESIDING OFFICERS
LEVEL ONE PRESIDING OFFICERS

President
Presiding Officers shall oversee, direct, and administer the affairs of their level of The Organization. On Level One, the President of the Overall Operation (currently me until I can retire from this heavy challenge and responsibility), salaried compensation, shall preside over and conduct the meetings of The Organization’s BD at all levels he/she shall be present at, with the intent of directing the affairs of The Organization and review, approve, or veto all legislation voted upon by the BD as a corpus, but he/she does not vote in board meetings due to the responsibility of reviewing, approving, and vetoing decisions legislated by the BD at Level One. Only the Judiciary Committee can override his/her decision. As the Administrator over The Organization, he/she shall be responsible to and for The Organization legally and in all administrative aspects of The Organization. The President reports to all government agencies that The Organization is legally required to report to, all related agencies, Level One BD, Level One Judiciary Committee, all Sponsors, Contributors, SITPs, and hopefully in time directly to The Federal Emergency Management Agency. Our hope is that this Organization will eventually be supported by and created as a branch of FEMA.
Vice President
The Vice President, salaried compensation, will stand in for the President when he/she is not present and will be responsible to the President in making sure that the achievement of the objectives of The Organization at that level are met. He/she shall have one vote as a BM in all matters at the Overall Level (Level One), and be responsible for all financial matters being properly reported by the Director of Finance to the appropriate people and all affairs of The Organization are in order and properly reported by the Director of Affairs to the appropriate people.
Director of Finance
Director of Finance, salaried compensation, will be responsible to the Vice President in securing a healthy budget for the overall Organization, the audit trailing of finances, and reporting all financial matters of The Organization to those whom the President reports. He/she shall have one vote as a BM in all matters at the Overall Level. The first Director of Finance shall be replaced as soon as The Organization finds someone with the qualifications listed below and shall be entitled to all the benefits of The Organization until his/her demise or until The Organization ceases to exist, whichever comes first or he/she has attained the following qualifications to continue as Director of Finance:
• A Bachelor in Business Administration/Accounting or related field, received during a minimum of two years residency in at least one SIT Community.
• Demonstrated experience in Budgeting and Finance.
• One year experience as Counselor of Finance over the budgets that regard as many groups of The Organization as possible, namely the children, youth, adolescents, adults, seniors, and Special Needs people31 at Level Three and one or more SIT communities at Level Two.
• Resident of one or more SIT Communities for an accumulated seven years.
Director of Affairs
Director of Affairs, salaried compensation, will be responsible to the Vice President in making sure that all intelligence on concerns, progress, issues, challenges, legalities, and all other affairs of The Organization are properly addressed to the appropriate individuals, agencies, and organizations. He/she shall have one vote as a BM in all matters at the Overall Level. The first Director of Affairs shall be replaced as soon as The Organization finds someone with the qualifications listed below and shall be entitled to all the benefits of The Organization until his/her demise or until The Organization ceases to exist, whichever comes first or he/she has attained the following qualifications to continue as Director of Affairs:
• A Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science or related fields, with a mandatory course in Interpersonal Communications,32 during a minimum of two years residency in at least one SIT Community.
• Demonstrated experience in ambassadorship as defined by the BD, including as a BM at Level Two or as a GS at Level Three.
• One year experience as Counselor of Affairs that regard as many groups of The Organization as possible, namely the children,33 youth, adolescents, adults, seniors, and Special Needs people34 at Level Three and one or more SIT communities at Level Two.
• Resident of one or more SIT Communities for an accumulated seven years.
LEVEL TWO PRESIDING OFFICERS
Community Manager
C/Ms over SIT Communities, salary based on Community Budget, WCA with SIT Community responsibilities, and WCB with set up of Sponsorships, shall preside over and conduct the meetings of the Level Two SIT Community BD in which he/she resides, with the intent of directing and being legally responsible for the affairs of The Organization at Level Two. He/she shall review, approve, or veto all legislation voted upon by the Level Two BD as a corpus within his/her community, but he/she does not vote in Level Two board meetings due to the responsibility of reviewing, approving, and vetoing decisions legislated by the BD at Level Two, but he/she does have one vote as a BM at Level One. The C/M reports to The President, Level One BD, Level Two BD, and Level Two Judiciary Committee.

LEVEL THREE PRESIDING OFFICERS
The Group Supervisor, WCA with SIT Community responsibilities, and WCB with responsibilities to Sponsors, supervises, manages, and coaches Groups within SIT Communities. GS reports to The President, C/M, and The Advisory Board, Level Three Judiciary Committee.
